Stuart Green

Stuart Green is an artist who creates large scale public artworks.

Working from his studio/production workshop in Perth, Green and his team of dedicated staff work on creating artworks under commission for Australia and beyond.

Following his training as a sculpture and painter, his work gravitated to the larger canvas of the public realm with major sculptures in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast Qld, Canberra, and many locally in Perth and across Western Australia.

His work follows his interest in natural phenomena linked to key basic abstract sculptural drivers of form, mass, texture and shape. His work often manifests itself in three overlapping and recurring themes being; Field – the visual array of energy, Line – a spatial play in space, and Object – form, mass and contextual play

With over thirty years’ experience, Green has created an enviable portfolio of artworks including FIZZ the eastern façade of the Perth Children’s Hospital 2015, Droplet Canberra 2012, Kernal in Brisbane 2009 and All Eyes on Us for the Commonwealth Games Gold Coast 2018.

He continues to create new work with current commissions underway for the Perth CBD and further afield.
