The residential buildings for Gemdale’s Da Bai Hui Development in Shanghai are designed in the Brownstone style of architecture, prominent in areas of New York. 

This playscape draws inspiration from the daffodils which bloom in abundance in New York City’s central park every year. The playscape encourages imaginative play, engaging a broader age group of children. Oversized grass clusters promote running, weaving or swinging and daffodils with highly reflective interior surfaces offer elements of discovery. Seating and resting elements also double as more challenging jumping or climbing activities for older children.
