#One Billion Worlds

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Lindy Lee collaborated with UAP on a range of material experimentations in bronze and steel. These experiments resulted in a selection of works that were exhibited as a part of her "One Billion Worlds" exhibition at Roslyn Oxley9 Gallery, Sydney in 2012.

Lindy Lee’s practice explores her Chinese heritage through the philosophies of Taoism and Buddhism, characterised by an awareness of humanity’s close relationship to nature and the universe. Employing the ideas of chance and spontaneity, she creates a galaxy of imagery that emanates philosophical meditations on nature and life.

Lindy Lee is represented by Sullivan + Strumpf and Sutton Gallery.
