Mirvac Retail engaged UAP to develop a site-specific art façade for a large, visually prominent exterior wall at Orion Springfield Central shopping centre. UAP were engaged
to design, development, fabrication and install the 39m x 10m bespoke façade, including a detailed analysis of the specific environmental conditions to ensure the work stands the test of time.

Fabricated in 3 coloured aluminium plate with powder coat finish, the form takes reference from the twisting of a palm frond, creating depth and pattern in the overall composition. The resulting façade utilises the repetition of elongated curves to generate a striking optical visual impact that shifts depending on the viewers perspective of the wall.
