Erwin Redl
The work of Edwin Redl reflects on artistic positions in the wake of the emergence of digital media. Redl conceives his installations following a binary logic, ordering his materials according to strict formal rules. His large-scale light installations convert the architectural space into a cabinet of light and colour. Redl’s work considers space as a «second skin», which is transformed by way of an artistic intervention.
