#Technical Assist
Design Development Support
Before a project lands on the workshop floor, our designers liaise with engineers to ensure its structural soundness. Based on the engineer's recommendations, our designers create the final technical drawing set required for fabrication.
Digital Sculpting & Modelling
Whether it is an idea or a sketch, our design team can take this information and create a 3D portrayal of the design. Once modelled, the work can be placed within a rendered environment or AR/VR landscape. This enables artists and partners to see the project in situ, explore placement, scale, and material options, and identify any issues. From here, our designers can create the file types needed to 3D print, rout, and mill the maquettes, prototypes, and patterns for casting.

Cost & Program Management
To ensure a project remains on budget and on time, our teams work together to create feasibility budgets, manage supply chains, and develop programs that reflect the project's needs and creative vision.
Installation Planning & Coordination
Overseen by our project managers, we can assist, manage, organise and explore the best possible methods for the installation of projects. Our team undertakes all aspects of the installation, including handling and packing the work, domestic or international transportation, and assembly.
Sub-consultant Management & Coordination
A project manager is attached at the beginning of a project's lifecycle. Responsible for the delivery of a project, our team of project managers communicates regularly with our partners, ensures that key project milestones are met, liaises with subcontractors, and works closely with our craftspeople to ensure a project is delivered on time and meets our partners' expectations.

增强现实制作支持
在与工匠的合作开发中，我们的技术设计团队已经发展出在项目制造过程中如何利用增强现实技术的流程。在佩戴HoloLens全息眼镜时，我们的工匠可以就虚拟投影在艺术品上的设计图进行准确标记、操作和焊接材料。
机器铣削加工
我们的KUKA机械臂能通过雕刻、成型模具和肌理来协助工厂制作。在我们的工匠及技术设计人员的操作下，机械臂能雕刻木材、泡沫、蜡与沙。
原型制作
我们的团队为铸造原型制作艺术作品的模具。根据项目的需要和艺术意图，我们的制作者利用木材、泡沫塑料、蜡、硅胶、可塑剂、丙烯酸、树脂、聚碳酸酯、热塑型塑料和热固型塑料来制作模具。我们团队的高水平工艺确保作品的艺术完整性在铸造过程中得以保证。
模具制作
无论是铸造十米长的雕塑还是一个小型定制的雕塑，我们的工匠都在无时无刻地去探索并开发全新工艺，创造出能完美呈现作品创意的模具。我们的铸造与模具制作团队共同工作，利用玻璃纤维、橡胶和硅胶、沙子和蜡进行创作。
失蜡铸造与砂型铸造
我们在澳大利亚、中国及北美洲都拥有铸造厂。我们的全球铸造团队拥有数十年的失蜡和砂型铸造经验，并能浇注及铸造不锈钢、青铜、铝、黄铜、白铜、铜、球墨铸铁和贵金属作品，与合作伙伴共同探索每个项目的最佳材料和工艺。
钣金加工
我们全球制造团队中的一部分是由钣金加工工匠们组成。他们拥有丰富的技能与知识，能通过钣金加工将金属塑造成任何所需的雕塑形式。
焊接与制造
我们的全球制造团队拥有丰富的经验和技能来焊接我们所铸造的金属。我们制造团队的丰富经验及先进技能，使其能将最复杂的设计和项目链接起来，如使用气体金属电弧焊、气体钨极金属电弧焊或药芯金属电弧焊。
表面处理与化学着色
取决于一件艺术品的需求，我们的表面处理部门将与合作伙伴密切合作，为项目找到或开发最为合适的完成面效果、化学色或表面肌理方法。我们的团队在应用铜锈、纹理精加工、蜡、刷镀、搪瓷釉和现代涂层方面拥有着非凡的经验，并且能对不锈钢、青铜、铝、黄铜和铜进行镜面抛光。
喷漆车间
我们的车间配备了喷漆房，足以满足不同规模的项目。我们高度熟练的喷漆工匠与合作伙伴一起探索匹配他们项目需求的不同油漆选择。
现场安装
在项目经理的监督下，我们能协助、管理、组织和探索如何安装项目的最佳方法。我们的团队承担了安装的方方面面，包括处理与包装，国内或国际运输，以及最终组装。
